A day after social media was buzzed by rumors that actress Shaurya would have been replaced by the popular TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai after apparently provoking angry outbursts, her mother has stated that he was suffering from viral fever and was unable to shoot long hours. Shaurya plays Kairav in the series and is very popular among fans.
Reacting to rumors about Shaurya's tantrums, his mother told Spotboye, "I know. To date, 100 stories must flow, but the truth is that Shaurya has been suffering from viral fever for 5 days and she can not let it go. In fact, he has not attended his school even today. I have all his medical certificates as proof too. So they (the production company, Director's Kut) had to replace it immediately.
She then added, "They called Shaurya for a one-day shoot, but we said he was not in a state. After a little discussion, we took the lead, but he could not stay more than two hours and we had to get it back. However, they needed him for 8 to 10 hours, which was not possible, so they had to get a replacement.
Shaurya's mother posted a video on Instagram where he thanks fans for their wishes and announces his release. However, she later deleted it. Speaking of the reason, she added, "The production team called me and told me to resign because she did not want Shaurya to leave the show before presenting her replacement."
The new Kairav was featured on the show on Monday's episode.
