In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kirti gives birth to a baby boy while Naira gives birth to a girl.
Kartik in a still of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehl.Kartik that Kirti gave birth to a healthy baby.He rushes and asks the doctor how is wearing Kirti and if she is aware of her baby.It is disappointed to know that she is still in a coma.Kartik sees the baby and introduces himself from the outside.Naira tells him that they have to make a Caesarean section because there is no other choice.He asks the doctor permission to meet Naira.He enters the operating room and asks if all is well.He talks to him Caesarean and tries to convince her.She asks about Kirti and asks her to take care of her.While talking about her child, she says if something happens to her child She will die and she asks Kartik to promise him that he will take care of everything. He promises Naira and leaves occupational therapy.
Doctors operate the Naira while Kartik is sick with anxiety on the outside. The doctor arrives with a little girl and tells her that, as it was a premature delivery, the baby is weak. He takes the baby in his arms and asks the doctor for two minutes to talk with the baby. He tells her that she is lucky to look like Naira and also tells her about her condition and asks the baby to stay strong. The nurse takes him the baby
Kartik goes to see Kirti and Naira tells them about their babies and asks them to get up. Goenkas and Singhanias finally manage to find a car and go to the hospital. Naksh wakes up and tries to get up but the nurses ask him to stay on the spot. Kartik will see the babies again but finds his baby missing. He asks the nurse about his daughter. The nurse informs her that her daughter has pbaded away. Kartik is shocked to hear that. He tells her that she lies because nothing can happen to her daughter. He tells her that it's a dream.
Kartik is unable to understand the truth about the death of his baby. The nurse asks him to accompany him so that he sees it with his own eyes and knows the truth. Kartik takes big steps towards his newborn and falls in tears.
