I will tell you this about Zack Snyder. I like it a little bit. I just did not like one of his movies for a while. This does not mean that I have lost hope that he can bring his important visual talents and somewhat disturbing storytelling abilities to a project that is worth it.
And it's a bit like it could be exactly what's going on with the expected return of Snyder cinema … sort of.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Snyder will direct Army of the Dead for Netflix, which means a smaller screen for all those succulent visuals. Snyder, meanwhile, speaks as if he was left behind, which I really can not say no.
Listen to him, listen to him. It's not just a zombie movie. It is a film in which a team of badbades meets to carry out a hold-up in a sort of zone prohibited to the zombies. I do not know how you can speak my language more than that. The story is a film of Snyder origin, although the screenplay is of Joby Harold
The shooting of the film will begin this summer. Not early enough, says I.
