Indianapolis Colts quarterback Carson Wentz sustained both ankle sprains on Sunday, coach Frank Reich said on Monday.
Reich could not yet say whether Wentz will be able to play Sunday’s road game against the Tennessee Titans.
On Sunday, it was believed that Wentz had only injured his right ankle.
Jacob Eason would start against the Titans if Wentz is inactive. Eason threw an interception on his second pass attempt after entering the game in Sunday’s 27-24 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
