JAKARTA – Judiciary Commission (KY) spokesman Farid Wajdi revealed that his party pays tribute to members of the House of Representatives (DPR) who approved all Supreme Court justices .
"KY appreciates the approval of all candidates proposed by KY," said Farid as confirmed in Jakarta, Wednesday, July 11, 2018.
The two candidates for Supreme Court judges are Abdul Manaf of the House of Religion and Pri Pambudi True House.
Earlier, Abdul Manaf and Pri Pambudi Teguh underwent an aptitude test at Commission III of the House of Representatives led by Vice President of Commission III of DPR RI Desmon Junaidi Mahesa.
"The approval of the House of Representatives proves that both institutions have fulfilled their duties with regard to the selection of judges," Farid said.
He also mentioned that the selection process of the candidate for the Supreme Court Judiciary shows that all the agencies involved have committed themselves to providing legal certainty to the plaintiffs in responding to the request of the WMA. for the judges of the Supreme Court.
As a partner, KY will also continue to establish intensive communication with Commission III of the House of Representatives with the aim of achieving a clean and grand justice.
