SERAMBINEWS.COM – Artist Nikita Mirzani will again file a marriage and divorce petition against her husband, Dipo Latief.
The petition will be filed by Nikita Mirzani in the South African District Court (PA) in Jakarta, through his lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid.
"No earlier than Monday, I'll be recording at PA Jaksel (South Jakarta)," Fahmi said by texting Sunday (10/29/2018), quoted by Kompas.com.
The request was the second time submitted by Nikita Mirzani.
Nikita Mirzani had previously quashed the petition for marriage and divorce proceedings against Dipo Latief on October 24, 2018 through the panel of judges at the trial.
The reason why Nikita Mirzani again filed these two petitions was Dipo Latief's temperament which has not changed.
Fahmi said that Nikita Mirzani felt that there was no good will from Dipo Latief after the revocation of the first application.
In fact, Dipo Latief had told Nikita that he was ready to change his behavior for the better.
"I have not changed his behavior," said Fahmi.
Fahmi also said that Nikita Mirzani might not come back to cancel the second request if Dipo asked to reconcile again.
