But after a prolonged and painful treatment, it turned out that the cancer he had revealed had never existed. The nightmare of James Salaz, a resident of Montrose, Colorado, began five years ago.
At that time, he went to the hospital because he had pain in the armpit. After the recording, the doctor told him that the test results revealed abnormalities in the left lung.
After undergoing several lung biopsies, Salaz was diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis. A rare form of cancer that causes the accumulation of cells in the body parts, damages the tissues and eventually causes death.
On hearing the news, he and his family felt so devastated. He visited doctors in Montrose, Delta, Grand Junction and Denver, and they all confirmed that he had Langerhans. And after five years, all the results of the doctor's diagnosis were false.
"They said I was the only one in Colorado to own it," Salaz recalls.
"You want to die from feeling through the chemotherapy process."
And to reduce the pain caused by the effects of chemotherapy, this man continues to take painkillers. I hope it will save his life. However, his condition did not improve at all.
Last year, he went to see Dr. Choon-Kee Lee of Montrose Hospital, asking why things do not seem to be improving. But it turned out that Dr. Lee had been fired by the hospital.
