The chair of the committee, Julianda Effendi, said she was grateful for Jokowi's presence and the constancy of the volunteers, despite the heavy rains that swept the venue of the event.
"I am flattered by the volunteers present today, even though we are still in the rain," said Julianda.
Julianda explained that the support of supporters of Bogor Regency Pospera and Adian was very important for Jokowi's victory in the Bogor Regency region.
Because he called Jokowi a crushing defeat of Prabowo Subianto in the region during the 2014 presidential election.
"In 2014, we lost between 65% and 35%." In this election, we generated enthusiasm for Mr. Jokowi by 70%, "he said.
Clarification on the existence of minor children
Posira Mustar public relations officer, Bona Ventura, denied that her miners were at the site of the Jokowi-Maruf volunteers' inauguration.
He explained the minor's existence because he was excited to see Jokowi and his parents' involvement as volunteers. In addition, he stated that the parents of the minors were residents located near the place of the event.
"(The children) joined their mother because of the local residents of Babakan Madang village, and then she learned that Jokowi was coming," Mustar said.
Mustar added that his party had banned parents from taking their children while they were attending the event. He said his party did not tolerate that.
"But as there are local residents, it is raining outside too, RW, the village chief is also overwhelmed by the detention of residents who want to come here," he said.
