JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Singer Rossa said that he had asked some time ago for permission not to be a judge several times to empty the starter program for Los Angeles, United States.

Rossa has been invited to receive an award at the 2018 Big Apple Music Award (BAMA) and will also be showing her golden voice.

Rossa announced at the end of a press conference held at the Rising Star Indonesia in the Kebon Jeruk region, west of Jakarta, Tuesday (27/11/2018) .

"So why am I not at Idol Junior and that there is a day at the Rising Star Indonesia? I can not come because I should have taken the plane for November 22 in Los Angeles, United States, "said Rossa.

Unfortunately, Rossa's departure plan had to be canceled because of a California fire that destroyed more than 10,000 homes.

"The evening BAMA felt that it would be unwise to organize an event like this, so all the tickets used were canceled," said the singer of the song "Sakura".

Although he was disappointed, Rossa thought the moment might not have come for him to be able to show up for the event.

"It may be a disappointment but it was a disaster, so I think it's enough to sing, maybe it's not a chance," he added.
