History of Department Head in Purbalingga Mortgage Decree on Operative Bribes for PDI-P

SEMARANG, KOMPAS.com – Muhammad Najib, head of the village government empowerment and badistance office of the Purbalingga Regency, was introduced as a witness in corruption and gratification cases involving the non-active Purbalingga regent , Tasdi, at the court of corruption of Semarang Wednesday (11/28/2018).

Najib revealed a number of interesting facts during the trial. He claimed to have repeatedly asked Tasdi to deposit money.

Indeed, Najib admitted mortgaging the decree (SK) of his appointment as head of department as a guarantee to the bank.

This information was transmitted at a meeting chaired by Judge Antonius Widjantono. In addition to Najib, Hadi Iswanto has been appointed head of Purbalingga's Procurement of Goods and Services Division and Nur Said, a former member of Purbalingga's PDPR-PDR faction.

"Once, I was asked for money twice after my appointment as head of the department," Najib said.

The first money, he said, was surrendered at Rs 2.5 million in March 2018. The second amount was Rs 50 million in April 2018.

He revealed that Tasdi, through the head of the PUPR service in Purbalingga, had requested 2.5 million rand to attend the PDI-P party meeting at Joglo House.

"My personal money was 2.5 million rupees, at that time I said it was 10 million rupees, but it was divided into four and j & # 39; I received a ration of 2.5 million rupees, remittance money when there was a political party activity, "he said.

"Party activities: The team that won Pak Ganjar-Yasin's victory was in the last election," he said.

Then, 50 million rupees were also given in April 2018. At that time, Tasdi had asked him to pay money to buy an operational car.

"Ask for 100 million rupees at the start, but I can afford 50 million rupees and even then I submit a decree to the bank," he said.

After being liquid, he was immediately given to the regent by an aide. Najib said, give money was from a personal account for the effort to pledge the appointment decree as head of the service.

The head of the investment office, Satya Giri, also reportedly tried to pledge the SK in a statement read by the KPK prosecutor. Giri gave 2.5 million rupees.

After being appointed head of the service, Giri also gave 50 million RP.

Tasdi himself did not oppose the witness's testimony. After the trial, he claimed that his subordinates' money was not for him, but to buy the operational car for his party, the PDI-P.
