The engine stops suddenly and the helicopter lands in emergency in Jeneponto

MAKASSAR, KOMPAS.com – The PK-JPB 407 GX helicopter from PT Jhonlin Air Transport on the Bantaeng-Makbadar Regency flight line made an emergency landing on the Ibrahim Tulle Yonif 726 / Tml field in the village of Rajaya, district from Bangkala Barat, to Jeneponto Regency, after the engine stops on Wednesday, 2018) around 17:20 local time.

Alamsyah explained that the helicopter was about to return to Makbadar after participating in the event of the Bantaeng Regent. Following an engine failure, the helicopter immediately sought emergency landing.

"The helicopter was broken at the left rear wing and at the landing section.The pilot and co-pilot were treated temporarily at the Polyclinic Battalion 726 / Tml because they had in a state of shock.
