47th Anniversary of President Jokowi's Korpri Tagih Award

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The body of Indonesian officials (Korpri) is 47 years old Thursday (29/11/2018). The organization also collected a gift from President Joko Widodo.

The request for this award was delivered directly by the General Chairman of the Zudan National Korpri Board (DPKN), Arif Fakhruloh, at the 47th anniversary ceremony of the Corps of Civil Servants of the Republic of Indonesia at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday.

At the ceremony, President Jokowi was appointed inspector of the ceremony. After the end of the ceremonies, Zudan then gave a speech and asked Jokowi for a present.

"We are waiting for a gift from you.One of the anticipated public service awards from all over Indonesia is the government regulation on the Korpri organization," said Zudan, applauding the thousands of people present at the ASN.

According to Zudan, the regulation is being finalized. The general director of population and civil registration of the Interior Ministry hopes that President Jokowi will immediately sign the settlement if the project is completed.

"If this government regulation is finalized, you can think that Korpri will fly higher, run faster and make an extra leap," said Zudan.

On this occasion, Zudan also apologized if there were a lot of ASNs that were not working as planned. He says Korpri will continue to make improvements.

"I'm sorry, a lot of ASNs have not been able to meet the expectations of the people, especially the expectations of the President." Please, forgive us mentally. We want to improve, we want to work better, we want to improve, "said Zudan.
