MediaTek has officially released its new chipset for smartphones of the middle clbad. Named Helio P70, this chipset exceeds the limit never reached by the majority of the chipsets of the middle clbad. This chipset is the successor to the P60 that was launched earlier this year.
The new MediaTek chipset will be a competitor of Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, which is now widely used for premium smartphones of the middle clbad. But which one is superior to these two chipsets?

Judging by its processing technology, Snapdragon 660 uses 14nm manufacturing technology. While Helio P70 manufacturing technology is 12 nm. This more innovative technology allows Helio P70 to be more energy efficient than Snapdragon 660.
The difference between the two chipsets lies in the support of artificial intelligence (AI). Snapdragon 660 is supported by the Artificial Intelligence Engine (AIE). While the Helio P70 is supported by a multi-core AI (APU) chip capable of operating up to 525 MHz for the artificial intelligence process, it is 30% more efficient than the previous series.
In the graphics processing industry, Snapdragon 660 uses Adreno 512, which is expected to increase performance by 30%. On the Helio P70, there is an ARM Mali-G72 MP3 which is more efficient at 35%.
The results of tests using the AnTuTu reference application also showed that the MediaTek Helio P70 score was higher than that of Snapdragon 660. Citing Gizchina, Helio P70 scored 156,906 points. The score is too far from Snapdragon 660 which records 105,575.
MediaTek Helio P70 is notably superior thanks to the CorePilot 4.0 technology. This technology helps manage the distribution of tasks between processing resources by focusing on power management and preserving the user experience.
In the near future, MediaTek Helio P70 will be present and can be felt by Indonesian consumers. The latest MediaTek chipset will be available on the brand new smartphone from Realme. Unfortunately, the series of smartphones is unknown. Apparently, the Oppo sub-brand will publish Realme U1, which was unveiled today in India.
