Jakarta (ANTARA News) – Aston Martin officially introduced the DBS Superleggera sports car to the public at a worldwide launch in London on Tuesday (26/6). DBS Superleggera using lightweight construction structure technology will later replace the iconic Aston Martin Vanquish S.

Wrapped with carbon fiber body panels that are carefully shaped, the appearance of DBS Superleggera is very muscular and has a very individual style.

The display was coupled with the outstanding performance of the 5.2 liter V12 twin-turbo engine positioned as far as possible from the chbadis to optimize the center of gravity and weight distribution, generating 715HP at 6500rpm and 900Nm of 1800-5000rpm at a maximum speed of 339KM / h.
With the new exhaust system using active valves and quad exhaust pipes, DBS Superleggera will produce a louder and more characteristic sound, especially in Sport + mode.
DBS Superleggera uses the latest generation of lightweight structured aluminum chbadis that has been used for the first time on DB11 with double wishbones at the front and a sophisticated multi-link system at the rear.

The latest-generation adaptive damping is also installed as a standard sensor to detect driving conditions. The powertrain and chbadis have the choice of three driving modes – GT, Sport and Sport + – that the driver can choose to increase or decrease the response Superleggera DBS according to the needs of the driver.
This car accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.4 seconds and 0-160 km / h in 6.4 seconds, and the acceleration of 80-160 km / h in fourth gear in only 4.2 seconds.
Launched from the Bloomberg page, this car will be priced at 304,995 US dollars or about Rp4,3 billion.
