Atiqah Hasiholan has again placed prisoners of the city for Ratna Sarumpaet

Atiqah admitted that he and his brother Fathom Saulina would be the guarantors of the city's arrest application.

The reason why he and his sister dared to stand as collateral was because of the health status of his mother, whose health condition had deteriorated after being held behind bars since October 5, 2018.

Atiqah hopes that the request regarding her mother will be approved so that she can leave. He added that his mother would become more and more depressed if she continued to be detained at Polda Metro Jaya subway station, which aggravated her health condition. "The family transfer request was for my mother to be able to recover and benefit her," Atiqah said Wednesday (11/7).

He claimed that his mother had a psychological illness and needed treatment by a psychiatrist. This disease, said Atiqah, has been suffered by Ratna since last year. "My mother has been undergoing psychiatric treatment for a year, and there is depression, so being in detention is certainly worse for the psyche," said Atiqah.

The wife of the actor Rio Dewanto said that she had contacted the police about psychological illnesses that her mother had been a victim of. With that, he asked that he be able to consider the issue as a prisoner of the city. In addition, Atiqah also said that the application for detention in the city was the right of any family to suffer. So, with the condition of her mother being considered not good enough, Atiqah would continue to pay for it.
