Case of sale and purchase in the Regency Government of Cirebon, the KPK called Nico Siahaan, member of the DPR

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Commission for the Eradication of Corruption (KPK) has scheduled Friday (30/11/2018) a review of members of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Nico Siahaan.

The PDI-P policy maker will be questioned as a witness in connection with an alleged corruption case related to the sale and purchase of positions in the government of Cirebon Regency, West Java.

KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah said Nico would be questioned as a witness to the alleged Cirebon Regent literature Sunjaya Purwadi.

"Checked for SUN suspects," said Febri.

However, there is no known link between Nico and the case of buying and selling the position.

Previously, the KPK had captured the literature on Cirebon Regent Sunjaya Purwadi. He reportedly linked deposits in the transfer of positions within the Cirebon Regency government.

Reference for various job changes, such as village chiefs, subdistrict heads and bureau chiefs. The prices of offices in urban villages are estimated at a few tens of millions.

While the price for the official seat is around 100 million rupees.

KPK currently only identifies a person suspected of giving fresh in Sunjaya for position transfer. The Secretary of the Bureau of Public Works and Regional Planning (GSPA), Gatot Rachmanto, is one of them.

Gatot allegedly gave 100 million rupees for his transfer and his inauguration as secretary of the PUPR service.
