Nurhayati is sentenced in a corruption case related to the allocation of the Regional Infrastructure Adjustment Fund (DPID) and the crime of money laundering on the property of 50.5 billion Rp in his account. He was sentenced to six years in prison in 2012.


Nurhayati now has free air. It is unclear exactly the link between the politician of the National Mandate Party (PAN) in a case of corruption estimated to cost the state up to Rs 2.3 trillion. In addition to summoning Wa Ode, KPK investigators also summoned staff to the General Directorate of Population and Vital Statistics of the Ministry of the Interior, Rina Wahyuni ​​and retired Kemendagri Wisnu Wibowo. They were both questioned as witnesses for Markus Nari.

Mark was designated as a bribe suspect of the e-KTP project because he would have helped facilitate the addition of the e-ID 2012 budget draft of an amount of Rp1.49 trillion . At that time, a project worth Rs.5,800 billion belonging to the Ministry of the Interior was being executed.
