jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Honda Vario is not only well sold in the domestic market, it has also attracted lovers of foreign scooters.
In a report published by PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) in February, domestically-produced motorcycle exports to the world market increased by 42%, with a total delivery of 54,750 units.

For a complete delivery (CBU / fully built), the Honda Vario series is the most exported product with a total of 11,616 units.
Other contributions come from the Honda BeAT, Honda Sonic 150, Honda CRF150 and Honda CBR150 series. CBU export shipments last month were dominated by Bangladesh and the Philippines.
In addition to exports under CBU conditions, AHM has also shipped Honda (CKD) components to Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand and Cambodia.
According to the recordings, no less than 18,060 sets of Honda CKD motorcycles were sent out in February 2019.
With a 122% jump in the growth of AHM motorcycle exports, it largely outpaced growth in industrial exports.
