TRIBUNNEWS.COM, ACEH – Two residents of Meutulang village, Panton Reu district, West Aceh, Ibrahim (70) and Putri (65) were found positive for malaria and treated Wednesday at the local health center (11 / 28/2018).

"The blood examined consisted of patients treated at Puskesmas and a number of other residents of the village.Two HIV-positive people were still being treated at the Puskesmas," Azwar said.

He said that the examination of malaria that had attacked the two residents was an acquaintance, including monkey animal parasites transmitted by humans to mosquitoes.

"Malaria was first infected by monkeys, then the mosquitoes were transmitted to humans.But not a human transmission to the other.It is possible that these couples often go into the rivers of their area, "said Azwar.
