JAKARTA – Ming-Chi Kuo badysts who have often predicted rumors of Apple's confidence would once again risk their reputation by announcing that we will see the first iPhone 5G in 2020.

We may have often heard predictions that Apple "could" create a 5G iPhone by 2020. This news seems even truer after the rumor that the iPhone 5G would use Qualcomm radio chips.

Thus, a new iPhone less than 5.4 inches and larger 6.7 inches will support 5G networks by 2020, according to Kuo forecasts. XS will appear smaller and Max, larger, depending on the size of the screen.

Kuo also said that the three Apple iPhones that will be launched in 2020 (including a 6.1-inch iPhone XR with a reduced budget will still use the LTE) will come with bright colors and a dark black on-screen OLEDs. This is different from the cheaper LCD screens of the iPhone XR that are still available in the market.

In other words, every iPhone should have an OLED panel by 2020. According to Kuo, all iPhones should support 5G networks by 2021.

What do you think? The iPhone is not it too late to introduce 5G phones by 2020? (E-4)
