Thanks to its official Twitter Xiaomi announced that the global launch of the new smartphone of Mi A1 will take place on July 24 in Spain. In addition to launching Mi A2, Xiaomi will also release a more "cheap" version of the Mi A2 Lite.

According to the site GSMArena.com the specification Xiaomi Mi A2 itself should be similar to the Mi 6X specification. The difference is only in the operating system used. Mi 6X uses MIUI 9.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo, while Mi A2 uses a pure Android operating system.
Meanwhile, GSMArena also revealed that Mi A2 Lite has the same appearance as Redmi 6 Pro, in addition to the difference of pure embedded Android operating system.
Mi A2 is armed with the Snapdragon 660 chipset and will be available with two variants of RAM, 4GB and 6GB. For 4GB of RAM variant will have a choice of internal memory of 32GB and 64GB, while the 6GB version of RAM is only available with 128GB of internal memory. Unfortunately, there is no additional micro sd slot to increase storage capacity
Meanwhile, Mi A2 Lite would use the same chipset specification as the previous Mi A1, the Snapdragon 625. For RAM and storage, Mi A2 Lite would be available with 3GB RAM and 32GB of memory. Unlike the Mi A2, this Lite version provides an extra micro SD slot to increase capacity.
For screen matters, the Mi A2 carries the screen with a size of 5.99 inches with a ratio of 18: 9 (1080×2160 pixels) in the device sector photo, Mi A2 features a dual camera with a resolution of 12 megapixels and 20 megapixels as the main camera, while for the front camera, the Mi A2 is installed on a 5.84-inch screen with a ' bangs "or a notch.
