Learn from the case of a mother killed in an accident in Margonda, the city government of Depok assesses the friction of the roads

DEPOK, KOMPAS.com – The Depok City Government will evaluate the steel sling fence used as a road separator along Jalan Margonda Raya Depok, West Java.

Indeed, it is thought that the guardrail of the steel sling road is at the origin of the death of the housewife, Ita Sachari (27 years old), who had an accident on Jalan Margonda .

Ety Suryahati, head of the Depok Environmental and Hygiene Agency (DLHK), said his party was preparing several options to replace the steel fence.

"That's what we think of, which will be an alternative to steel wire, whether it's a living plant or is under negotiation," said Ety when confirmed. by journalists, Tuesday (04/04/2019).

However, he did not explain the details of the date on which the city government of Depok would replace the hedges with other materials.

For his part, Dadang Wihana, head of Depok's transport department, said his party had also discussed replacing the road divider.

"You have to discuss it with stakeholders "Which is technically related (about changing steel slings)," he said.

Ita Sachari was found dead in Jalan Margonda, Beji, Depok, West Java, on Monday (04/08/2019). He was killed after one accident.
