The sentence was pronounced against Ahmad Dhani by a panel of judges of the South Jakarta District Court (28/01/2019).
Hendarsam, Ahmad Dhani, in his capacity as legal counsel, stated that the appeal proceedings had been filed on the grounds that his client had been sentenced to a prison term of 1.5.
"If indeed Mas Dhani's actions are put into a hate speech, we want to see legally what are the reasons that motivate him," Hendarsam said in an interview with Grid.ID quoted in the Celebrity Status broadcasts published on YouTube ( 02.05.2019).
After the father's detention, Dul Jaelani also had time to give Maia Estianty a satire.
