Martinez: Our priority does not want to win

INDOPOS.CO.ID – Achieving victory in a match is certainly expected from participating teams. Although, there are also teams that really want to lose because that is related to the strategy. At least, the majority of teams still competing for the pursuit of victory each time in competition.

Oddly enough, Belgium's win over England was not the target that coach Roberto Martinez said before the match. He admitted not having ordered his troops to fight for victory by meeting England.

"Our priority is not to win," said Martinez, quoted by Squawka .

The expectations of the coach are different from the reality on the ground. The Belgian surfers in fact play quite insistent. Until finally a curling kick Adnan Januzaj causes Belgium to submit England to the closing match of Group G.

With the win, Belgium also qualifies for the last 16 as group winners. They will meet Japan, who, despite the defeat of the last match, still qualifies as the second finalist of Group H. (19459020)
