Jakarta – To change the world, you must work at least 80 hours a week. This is the opinion expressed by Elon Musk.
"There is a much easier place to work, but no one has ever changed the world 40 hours a week," said Elon, referring to his four companies, Tesla, SpaceX, The Boring Company and Neuralink.
When one of his followers on Twitter asked him how many hours he needed to "change the world," Elon responded by mentioning 80 to 100 hours more. "It varies with everyone, but on average 80 hours, with the highest point exceeding 100 times," he told Business Insider on Wednesday (28/11/2018).
Also confirmed by this statement Elon Musk, Tesla did not comment. Similarly, SpaceX and The Boring Company did not answer.
The statement of Elon is actually nothing new. Elon is known to be crazy at work. His employee at Tesla said that Elon had even chosen not to go home and often slept at the factory.
In various interviews, he often mentions that he works 120 hours a week, while other Tesla employees work 100 hours a week.
He said that long hours are very important for Tesla's survival. "There is no other way to do that," he said.
