JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The provincial government of DKI Jakarta inaugurated Wednesday housing for police promoters in Jalan Daan Mogot, Kedoya Utara area, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta (11/29/2018).

The apartment was built thanks to the development proposal made since December 3, 2015 by Metro Jaya Regional Police.

The construction was carried out on the basis of the Decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta No. 1888 of 2017 of October 11, 2017 regarding subsidies in the form of goods and services to the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia in the 2017 Regional Budget.

The provincial government of DKI in Jakarta has released a budget of 105 billion rupees for its construction.

Terms

The National Police Promotional Apartments are the first police-built police buildings owned by the Polda Metro Jaya Municipality by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Plt. Meli Budiastuti, head of DKI Housing and Settlement Service Jakarta, said that the construction of an apartment for the National Police had its own conditions.

"At least 5,000 square meters (land) is the minimum required for a tower," Meli said Wednesday.

The apartment was built on an area of ​​15,302 square meters. The apartment is intended for members of the police and civilian workers of West Jakarta Metro Police Station.

If another police station wants a similar apartment, it must follow the same process. However, the proposed development can not be submitted in the 2019 budget because the bid is closed.

Meli will process the submission in the 2020 budget if any one is interested.

Flat Promoter Polri has a tower painted in red brick, gray and cream. The apartment includes 17 floors, 255 units and type 26.

The residents of the apartment are facilitated by ample parking and musala behind the apartment. There is also an empty area on the ground floor that can be used to gather.
