OTT, KPK Judges and Lawyers District Court South Jakarta Secure

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Commission for the Eradication of Corruption (KPK) arrested six people during an arrest operation (OTT) in Jakarta, which took place on Tuesday (27/11/2018) until Wednesday morning (28/11/2018).

KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah said that among the six security people, there were judges, South Jakarta District Court staff and lawyers.

"Of the six people, there are judges, PN employees (South Jakarta) and lawyers, and they are still under investigation," Febri said in a statement Wednesday.

According to Febri, it is suspected that there will be a transaction related to the processing of cases in the South Jakarta District Court.

"There is a sum of money in the form of Singapore dollars which is also considered as evidence in this case," he said.

The KPK will announce more detailed results from the OTT at a press conference.
