During the trial that took place on Tuesday (27/11/2018) around 11:30, Prosecutor I-02, Prosecutor I-02, Major Riris Ganda, also introduced three witnesses to testify before the group of judges, namely MetroTV reporter Rudianto Sinaga, chairman of the DPA working group, Foreman Lumban Tobing. and Dairi Erikson Purba, DPP GPA Secretary.

Foreman stated that at that time, Pratu Ferry P Aritonang had visited the campaign grounds of one of the Dairi Regent's pairs of candidates. At that time, Pratu Ferry had said he wanted to find an Avanza driver suspected of being driven by a member of the IPK organization who had poked him on the road.

Forman said, Pratu Ferry P. Aritonang then tried to want to see him again to ask for clarification. Because he could not meet, Forman said over the phone that he had to be patient because he still had a little work.

"In my opinion, Pratu Ferry felt he was immediately bullied and immediately felt the emotion touching me, who was at that time in the position of GPA .I was beaten by the defendant and I did not know who had hit him, "Ferry said.

Then the MetroTV reporter, Rudianto, who was accidentally at that time on the spot, admitted that he was also involved in the persecution led by Pratu Ferry P Aritonang with his colleagues. In fact, even though Rudianto claimed to be a journalist, the blow to him was even more strongly attacked by the army.
