TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – The Jakarta Metropolitan Police Public Relations Officer, Chief Commissioner Argo Yuwono, revealed the reason for his interrogation on the artist Atiqah Hasiholan.
Atiqah will be questioned tonight as a witness for a case of spreading hoax or hoax that surrounds her mother, Ratna Sarumpaet.

He was arrested at the Soekarno-Hatta airport on Thursday night (4/10/2018). He was taken away before taking the plane to leave Indonesia.
Ratna would have been Article 14 of Law No. 1 of 1946 concerning the regulation of criminal law and Article 28 combined with Article 45 of the ITE law regarding the spreading of hoaxes of persecution.
For this case, Ratna was threatened with 10 years in prison. Ratna is also threatened with Article 14 of Law No. 1 of 1946. This article concerns Ratna's lie that has created unrest.
