RAKYATKU.COM – Qualcomm has announced Snapdragon 675, a mid-range SoC smartphone with several premium features.
Snapdragon 675 will have two performance-oriented cores, 2.0 GHz and 1.78 GHz, designed to optimize energy efficiency.
As a comparison, Snapdragon 845 currently uses four cores, namely 2.8 GHz, based on the Cortex-A75.
Besides Core, Snapdragon 675 seems to be designed to support three camera settings.
Other benefits include support for Quick Charge 4+ and faster AI machines.
Qualcomm expects Snapdragon 675 to enter the consumer mobile phone market in the first quarter of 2019.
So do not be surprised if each new midrange device will have three cameras on the back starting next year.
