JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) and the Hanura Party faction, DKI Jakarta, have challenged the decision of the party's governor, Anies Baswedan, to appoint PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) to manage the land reclaimed on the north coast of Jakarta.
"Some of the PT Jakpro badignments by the DKI provincial government in Jakarta include new land reclamation management tasks that have already been built." Has it been followed by a capacity badessment? and the feasibility of society to achieve it? " Achmad Yani, a member of the PKS faction, at a plenary meeting with the governor of DKI, Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, Thursday (29/11/2018).
PKS illustrates PT Jakpro's mission to build light rail (LRT). According to the PKS, the LRT's inability to function during the Asian Games and its weaknesses here and there testified to Jakpro's inability to carry out this task.

"Will the company continue to be awarded badignments for various infrastructure developments and to be encouraged to develop various business activities without taking into account the badessment of what the company has achieved until the end of the year?" ;now?" Yani asked.
Similar questions were forwarded to the Hanura faction. Hanura felt that the management of the island's rehabilitation did not match the vision and mission of Anies.
"The Jakarta Bay project or rehabilitation is not part of DKI Jakarta's 2017-2022 Medium-Term Regional Development Plan (MHPD)," said Hanura faction member Rahmatia Ayu Puspasari.
Number 120 of 2018 regarding the badignment to PT Jakpro of the management of the North Coast territory, the reclamation in Jakarta is deemed not to correspond to the RPJMD agreed by Anies and the DPRD some time ago.
"We find that there are inconsistencies in this regard," Rahmatia said.
Anies Baswedan commissioned PT Jakpro to manage three rehabilitation islands on the north coast of Jakarta, which have already been established. The surrender is contained in Governor's By-law number 120 of 2018 ratified on November 16, 2018.
Based on the content of the Pergub, Anies has instructed Jakpro to manage the land since the refurbishment of the north coast of Jakarta for ten years. Land taxes include the planning, construction and development of public-interest infrastructure, as well as public and social facilities.
