KOMPAS.com – Google Maps not only acts as a digital map service to indicate directions, but also provides recommendations for dining and entertainment.

This is thanks to the revision feature (examination) that allows users to give their opinion and give stars (note) for various places. For example, restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels and attractions in general.

Now the review has a closing sign (Hashtag) to help users find the right place. When you click on a hashtag in a reviewusers will be directed to other recommendations that intersect.

This function can certainly be optimal thanks to the cooperation of the users. When you want to write a restaurant review on Google Maps, put the hashtag as relevant and specific.

For example, # vegetarian, #sunsetviews or # Indonesian. It is best not to use general hashtags such as #food and #love, as they have been compiled. KompasTeknoOn Wednesday (28/11/2018), from Engadget.

Google Maps recommends that each review be equipped with at least five hashtag. If all users are correct in purging hashtag, of course, use it also for the user.

This feature is available on Android, but it is not known when it is available on iOS. Just wait.
