According to the PDMP observation, residents working in the Jalan Ahmad Yani area, in Harapan Indah, Alexindo began to know the operation of the bus and chose to take a bus for Singaporeans.

A total of nine buses were deployed to serve two routes, Bekasi-Harapan Indah Terminal and Harapan Indah-Bekasi.

Up to 34 bus stops spread over both routes have become bus stopovers.

There are 21 stops on the Bekasi-Harapan Indah terminal route and 13 stops on the Harapan Indah-Bekasi terminal route. The bus runs from 05:00 to 22:00 WIB.
