WASHINGTON – Nothing happens, Samsung and Apple have seven years of "fighting" in patent litigation and design litigation. After a conflict, they decide to solve it outside the green table.
The legal dispute began in 2011 when Apple officially accused Samsung of copying iPhone technology. One year, the jury ruled that the South Korean manufacturer had proven that it was cheating Apple since it only paid a billion dollars to cover the losses of the US manufacturer.
