Pilgrims judge that the seizure of property by the investigator is the right decision. In addition to appreciating the South Sulawesi police, they even insisted that the investigators come back to confiscate other property that would have been transferred to third parties.

Public relations Makbadar Dodi Hendra Sakti revealed, the trial in pre trial trial in the Abu Tours case is the first time held. He has not been able to determine whether the lawsuit is granted or not.

"This is only the first time since the complaint was filed and we have not been able to confirm whether the prosecution is granted or not, so it depends on the jury verdict" , he said.

Up to now, investigators from the South Sulawesi Provincial Police have arrested four suspects in the Abu Tours case. Everyone is the CEO of Abu Tours Hamzah Mamba, Chief Financial Officer of Abu Tours Kasim Mamba, former Commissioner of Abu Tours Khaeruddin and CEO of Abu Tours Nursyariah Mansyur.

The South Sulawesi Provincial Police immediately sent four suspects to South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati). Pending the results of the coordination with the prosecutor's office, four suspects are now being held in the South Sulawesi police detention cell.

Up to now, South Sulawesi police have recorded 86 thousand additional victims of Abu Tours scattered in various provinces. It is estimated that total losses of pilgrims above Rp 1.8 trillion.
