JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Jakarta Tollroad Development (JTD) will charge an estimated 35,000 rupees for the Jakarta Inner City toll road, Semanan-Pulogebang toll road in 2021
The 30 km Semanan-Pulogebang section is the first phase of the Jakarta Inner City toll road project.
"Overall, the fare is about 2,200 rupees per kilometer," said JTD general manager, Frans S Sunito. Kompas.comTuesday (27/11/2018).
Six Jakarta Inner City toll roads are designed to travel 70 km. The construction is divided into three stages.

Phase I covers the 30 km Semanan-Grogol, Grogol-Kelapa Gading and Kelapa Gading-Pulogebang sections.
Stage II then covers the 20 km Duripulo-Kampung Melayu and the Malayan village of 20 km.
The next phase III includes the 17 km sections of Ulujami-Tanah Abang and Pasarminggu-Kasablanka.
At present, the progress of Phase I development reaches 30%, with a land acquisition position greater than 98%.
"We hope that the land acquisition will be completed by the end of December 2018," said Reynaldi Hermansjah, Chief Financial Officer at JTD.
It should be noted that to build this phase I, JTD requires an investment of 21,000 billion rupees.
Part of the 13,700 billion rupees was obtained from syndicated credit agreements of 29 conventional banks and sharia signed on Tuesday (11/27/2018).
Reynaldi added that the syndicated loan agreement for the development of toll roads is the most important to date.
"Involve conventional banking institutions and sharia law with 29 banks," said Reynaldi.
In addition, he said, the interest rate on syndicated loans over 15 years was 11% per annum. Ordinary Time during the construction period, and 10.75% per annum when the construction is completed until the end of the term.
