The driver of the van in the death accident in Cipondoh has been designated as suspect

TANGERANG, KOMPAS.com – The Tangerang Metro Police Station named Rizki Fahmi Adzim (20), a reverse truck driver in Cipondoh, as a suspect.

Rizki is subject to Article 310 (3) and (4) Junction Article 160 (1) Junction Article 137, paragraph 4 of Law No. 22, year 2009, with threat of six years imprisonment.

"This afternoon, we have established a suspect on behalf of Rizki Fahmi Adzim," Tangerang Metro Police Chief Harry Kurniawan told Tersang Metro Mapolres on Wednesday (28.11.2018).

Police said that Rizki neglected to drive the car, resulting in an accident resulting in serious injury and death.

Harry said his party would conduct a thorough review before finally deciding on Rizky's detention.

"Regarding the issue of detention, we were given 1 x 24 hours to conduct the examination," he said.

Previously, the B 9029 RV pickup that reported 23 santri reportedly had an accident due to braking on Jalan Green Lake Boulevard Cipondoh, Sunday (11.25.2018) at 11.30am.

According to information gathered by witnesses in the field, the Kijang open-pit vehicle drove fairly quickly from the direction of Metland Ciledug to Green Lake.

By the way hovering and the conditions of the road turned and declined, the vehicle lost control and hit the left barrier.

As a result of the accident, the vehicle was knocked down and 23 pbadengers jumped out of the vehicle.

Three students died and 20 other pbadengers were injured.

A group of santri who had an accident came from the Islamic boarding school Miftahul Huda in Semanan.
