The KPK has indeed summoned Tin Zuraida on Friday as a witness to the suspect Eddy Sindoro.

However, Tin Zuraida, who is currently the group of experts in politics and law of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB), did not respond to the convening of the KPK .

"For Tin Zuraida, not present today, I checked that the letter had been properly delivered to the house or office," said Febri.

The KPK also hopes that Kemenpan-RB will have the badistance and support necessary for employees to attend the hearing as witnesses.

Earlier, the suspect Eddy Sindoro went to KPK on Friday, December 12, after being away in Indonesia since April 2016.

The KPK has designated Eddy Sindoro as a suspect since November 2016. Eddy allegedly gave gifts or promises to state administrators related to the handling of cases in Jakarta Central Court (Jakpus NP) regarding the request for submission of a reconstruction report of the Jakarta Central District Court.

For his acts, Eddy Sindoro alleged Article 5, paragraph 1, letter a or Article 5, paragraph 1, letter b or Article 13 of Law No. 31 of 1999, such as as amended by the Law of 20 of 2001 on the eradication of corruption, in Article 64 of the KUHP and Article 55, paragraph 1 1st Penal Code.

This article regulates giving or promising something to public servants or state administrators with the intention that they do or do nothing, which is contrary to their obligations with a minimum sentence of 1 year and 5 years plus the minimum sentence. IDR 50 million and not more than IDR 250 million.

Two people are currently the subject of verdicts in this case, namely the clerk of Jakarta District Secretary, Eddy Nasution, and the interlocutor of the Dody Arianto Supeno bribe. Doddy was sentenced to 4 years in prison plus a fine of 150 million rupees, 3 months in prison, while Edy Nasution was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison and a fine of 150 million rupees, a subsidiary of 2 months in prison.

In the decision of Edy Nasution, it was stated that US $ 50,000 for the management of the review of PT Across Asia Limited (AAL) had been declared bankrupt by the Supreme Court against PT First Media. Edy also received one of the new lawyers from the law firm Cakra & Co, the $ 50,000 Austrian money wrapped in a brown envelope.

Eddy Sindoro once met with former Supreme Court Secretary Nurhadi to ask him why the case file had not been sent. Nurhadi had called Edy Nasution to speed up the sending of the PK's file but Nurhadi made it clear that it was in the context of supervision. Edy Nasution also admitted receiving $ 50,000 US from Dody, where the money had something to do with managing the Lippo case.

In the development of the case processing, the KPK has also set up a lawyer, Lucas (LCS), as a suspect obstructing the investigation with the suspect Eddy Sindoro.
