The KPU is presenting experts in the lawsuit concerning the 2019 presidential election in the Constitutional Court (MK). With respect to the witnesses, the KPU chose not to present it.

"We conclude in the absence of noble witnesses," said KPU attorney Ali Nurdin, during a hearing before the Constitutional Court, at Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, in the center of Jakarta, Thursday, June 20th, 1919.

"For experts, we propose 1 expert in the trial," added Ali.


The expert presented at the hearing was Marsudi Wahyu Kisworo, who called Ali as the first computer science teacher in Indonesia and a computer architect at KPU. In addition, an expert also submitted in writing his statement, W Riawan Tjandra.

Marsudi, who was present at the session, was invited to advance to take an oath. After that, Marsudi made a statement at the Situng KPU trial.

This trial was the fourth session of the dispute over the presidential election of 2019, filed by Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno.
