BOGOR, KOMPAS.com – Joint officers of the Social Service (Social Affairs) and the Public Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Bogor city secured Herman alias Nur (86), a beggar who was viral because He would have a car.

Nur was secured by officers at the intersection of the red light Lotte Mart, Jalan Sholeh Iskandar, Bogor, Wednesday morning (20/03/2019).

He was then taken to the Bogor City Social Services Office to collect data.

In addition to Nur, the officer also found a man named Mom (41), known to be a driver who accompanied and took Nur every day while he was begging.

Nur baderted in front of the officer that the Avanza-type green car that he was driving was not his. Nur said, he rented a neighbor's car.

"This is not true.On social networks, the virus is a lie.It is not my car, I praise it to neighbors.It is the truth," Nur said.

He claimed that on average, in one day, he was able to raise money through the results of begging on the streets of about 150,000 rupees.

The division, continued Nur, raises to Rp50,000. To pay for a half-day car rental and Rp 30,000 for chauffeur services. Meanwhile, the rest is for daily needs.

He revealed that the reason was to rent a car because his legs could not walk.

"My legs have been broken and I like to get sick when I walk," he said.

He said that from 1995 he had become a beggar. At that time, he made his living by begging in the Jembatan Merah area of ​​Bogor.

After a long time begging there, Nur decided to stop begging.

For three years that he has been stopping begging, Nur has opened a medical office at his home in the Cibungbulang area in the Bogor regency.

However, in the past two years he has become a beggar again in the Simpang Yasmin area.

Economic factors were mentioned as the reason why Nur returned to beg.

His son's income as a janitor in the Pamulang area is not enough to provide for his needs.

"The results of begging are helping.My child knows that I beg, but what can I do, because the daily needs are not met," he said.

While he was begging, he continued, but this time he caught a raid. He also stated that he informed his family of his whereabouts in the Office of Social Affairs.
