For acts, the two suspects will be prosecuted under Article 5, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a), Article 5 (1) (b) or Article 13 of Law 31, year 1999, as amended by the law number 20, year 2001, on the eradication Corruption Jo Jo Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Penal Code.
Previously known, the KPK has placed seven suspects in this case. The seven suspects are Mochammad Basuki as chairman of the East Java DPRD B Commission, Rahman Agung and Muhammad Santoso as members of the East Java DPRD, Moh Kabil Mubarak as a member of the East Java Legislative Council. .
