Update, Google Maps Add Hashtag Support Review | INews Portal

MOUNTAIN VIEW, iNews.id – Google still wants to help Google Maps users find the place that's right for them. One of the latest features of Maps can also help users.

Google has added a new feature to its platform that allows Maps users to add hashtags to their comments. The feature has been integrated with an Android device, but only advertises members of the Google Maps Local Guides program.

Members of the local Giudes program were informed by Google that they could add a hashtag (that is to say # friendly, # wheelchair accessible, # evening) old and new comments cited in Phone ArenaTuesday (27/11/2018).

However, Google Maps users will not have a hashtag collection that can be added to their comment. Instead, they can include anything that better describes the restaurant visited, so that the hashtag can be found as #vegetarian, #steak, #greatdessert, etc.

Of course, restaurants are not the only thing you can add a hashtag because each location that Google Maps identifies as important will allow you to include the hashtag in the review.

Unfortunately, no one knows when and if new features will also be available for iOS users. However, it seems that Google does not miss the Apple platform.
