1. New interface

Usually, when you want to send goods, the recipient's mobile phone number is entered manually in the description column. However, it is now sufficient for the sender to type the recipient's name so that it sort of the contact list.

This service appears to be a cash on delivery (COD) with the Grab partner fleet. This service allows a user, in this case the seller, to send the product to another user as a buyer, the purchase cost being paid in advance by the data entry partner. Once the article reaches its destination, the buyer will pay the appropriate price to the foreclosure partner. For a moment, this service was only opened in Jakarta. 3. Multiple recipients

The new Grab Express service allows users, such as home-based businesses, not to order Grab multiple times to send goods to each customer. Sellers can send orders by sending customers to different places at once by ordering Grab Express.

However, this service only applies to Grab Express Car, which allows you to carry many items. The sender only needs to enter a list of addresses and names of recipients in the application, up to five times.

4. Live delivery tracking and proof of delivery

The sender does not need to be notified that the item sent has reached the recipient's hand or not. The new features of this service will show the movement of vehicles carrying goods in real time. Thus, the sender can monitor where the shipment is being transported.

In addition, there is also proof of shipment as found when sending goods by other shipping services.

Once Grab's partner has picked up a package to deliver, he will take a picture. Once you have reached the destination, the partner will take again photos to prove that the package has been received. The proof will be automatically sent to the order by email Grab Express.

According to Gita, security was Grab's main concern. Therefore, all shipping trips with Grab Express are backed by insurance, both cargo insurance and insurance for their partners.
