Yayan admitted that until now, Bekasi had committed numerous violations due to taxiway problems. On this basis, he continued, Bekasi plans to propose a re-agreement specifically on the way.

Yayan said that, based on the cooperation agreement between the two regional administrations in force, DKI garbage trucks were allowed to operate from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm when they were using compactor trucks. After stopping dozens of DKI garbage trucks yesterday from the Bekasi West toll road, the DPRD of Bekasi City has launched the idea of evaluating cooperation in Bantargebang with DKI Jakarta.
The secretary of the BDPI commission for the DPRD, Solihin, said that the idea had appeared in the minds of the members of the RDP because they felt that DKI often violated the agreed rules of cooperation by both parties. An example is the loading of waste transported to Bantargebang.

Other allegations
On the one hand, the executive director of the Indonesian Forum for Environmental Forum (Kawali), Puput TD Putra, was somewhat skeptical about the reason for the truck's operational shutdown. The reason is, he continued, not only Bantargebang and even the final disposal site of Sumur Batu (TPA), which contains garbage residents of the city of Bekasi, is not a good management.

Nevertheless, Puput agrees that the problem of waste management is that the Bantargebang TPST must be properly processed by DKI. Some examples use an environmentally friendly ITF (Intermediate Treatment Facility) technology.
