Wiko Mobile Phone Can Internet without SIM card or WiFi, what's the secret?

Adi explained, Virtual SIM in phones Tommy 3 and Tommy 3 Plus work like physical SIM cards when activated.

The cell phone will then be connected to the 4G LTE network by one of the Indonesian cellular operators, based on the signal considered best placed at the user's location.

"For example, (4G LTE network) belongs to Telkomsel, or Indosat, or XL or Smartfren, so mobile phones can connect to the Internet (via 4G) via Skyroam services," said Adi KompasTekno, Friday (11/02/2018).

In order to connect to the 4G LTE network in Indonesia, Adi said Skyroam had cooperated with local mobile operators. Skyroam then cooperates with Wiko as a partner in Indonesia.
