Samsung launched two impressive true wireless headphones this year. The Galaxy Buds + and Galaxy Buds Live have received positive reviews, but they have vastly different designs as they are designed for a different audience. If you’re trying to choose between the two, Samsung’s new infographic might help.
The company has released a new infographic outlining the features of Galaxy Buds + and Galaxy Buds Live. It also shows the differences between the two truly wireless earbuds, including design, color variations, audio, and battery life. Galaxy Buds + have an in-ear canal design, while Galaxy Buds Live feature an open-ear type design. Galaxy Buds + can do with noise isolation, but Galaxy Buds Live have active noise cancellation to reduce outside noise.
Both headphones come packaged in attractive, compact, and lightweight cases, but they come in different shapes. The Galaxy Buds + has a pill-shaped case, while the Galaxy Buds Live has a rounded, square-shaped case. Galaxy Buds + are available in black, blue, purple and white, and Galaxy Buds Live are available in Mystic Black, Mystic Bronze and Mystic White colors.
The Galaxy Buds + features a dual driver audio setup for powerful bass, clear vocals, and rich highs. The Galaxy Buds Live only has a single 12mm speaker on each side. However, they are both similar in terms of microphones, with three on each side to clearly pick up voice during calls and voice commands. Galaxy Buds + and Galaxy Buds Live feature an accelerometer, infrared sensor, Hall sensor, touch controls, and grip sensors.
Galaxy Buds + can last up to 11 hours on their own, and the case provides extra charge, bringing the total battery life to 22 hours. The Galaxy Buds Live can last up to 6 hours on their own, and the case has enough battery to provide an additional 15 hours of battery life, bringing the total battery life to 21 hours. They both feature a USB Type-C port, fast wired charging, wireless charging, touch controls, wear detection, and a companion app.
