Matt James and Tyler Cameron have Manhattan’s ultimate “Bachelor” pad.

The Bachelor Nation idols are roommates in a luxury apartment in One Manhattan Square on the Lower East Side, a source exclusively told Page Six.

We’re told their two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner unit faces downtown toward the financial district and also has a view of the river.

A similar unit in the building costs $ 1.96 million or a rent of about $ 8,000 per month.

A source has confirmed to us that although James, 29, and Cameron, 27, appear as Instagram spokespersons for One Manhattan Square, they are still paying the rent for the luxury pillow, although it is not known how much.

“They don’t live there 100% for free,” the source said. “From what I understand, there is no consideration for posting.”

One Manhattan Square has 800 residences, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and the building is Z-shaped, so almost “every unit has a view.”

The building is also home to the city’s largest private amenities space, with over 100,000 square feet including an indoor saltwater pool, tranquility garden, fitness center with sauna, and theater space.

“Matt and Tyler are often known to be on the basketball court with other residents,” a source shared.

Cameron first moved into One Manhattan Square in the fall of 2019 and has been open about where lives on social media. With him and James boasting almost 3 million followers combined, we are told there have been a few fans who have tried to glimpse the stars of “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette”.

“No one has definitely infiltrated the building, but there have been fans who walked or discovered the building because of it,” a source said.

However, influencers with high following aren’t out of the ordinary in One Manhattan Square. Celebrity trainer Isaac Boots also resides there.

We’re told that residents don’t seem shy about having a famous face, and that Cameron, in particular, is highly regarded because he’s been a part of the building community.

“During the pandemic, Tyler organized a virtual gym class for the residents of the building,” a source said. “From what I understood, it was a welcome for all residents, especially since he’s so gracious with his time and organized this course for residents, which I think was there. one of the most viewed courses.

Page Six has learned that former “bachelor” Peter Weber, who just moved to New York after his separation from Kelley Flanagan, has not followed in Cameron and James’ footsteps in One Manhattan Square.

However, it’s possible Cameron is looking for a new roommate soon. James’ season of “The Bachelor” is currently airing on ABC, so it remains to be seen if he will get engaged and ditch his “Bachelor” dream pillow to move in with his new fiancé.
