Apple has increased the cellular limit of the iPhone from 150 MB to 200 MB last week .. and this limit is being removed.

In this case, the PUBG App Store version is larger than 2 gigabytes. When trying to download the game on iOS 12, this would simply not be allowed on mobile data.
In iOS 13, the system now displays a dialog box warning you that the size of the application is large, noting the file size. Users can choose to continue downloading or programming later when the device restores Wi-Fi.
This behavior is even customizable in the settings. There is a new preference in iTunes and App Store called "Apps Downloads". The default option is 'Ask if more than 200 MB' and displays the alert above.
In "Ask First" mode, the user is always asked to confirm the download of a cellular application. At the other end of the spectrum, selecting "Always Allow" removes all barriers and means that the system will gladly download to the cellular network without any interruptions. it's ideal for users with unlimited data plans.
An authorization is always required when the iPhone is roaming abroad.
