iPhone in dark mode under iOS 13: images

Earlier this week, during its opening address at WWDC 19, Apple announced a new dark mode for the iPhone and iPad this fall with the iOS 13 software update.

It is currently available in the beta version of the developer, which I have installed to take a look at the new feature.

The dark mode, which is already available on Android, changes the typical bright theme into a darker theme, which can be more enjoyable for the eyes, especially at night. Some people just think it looks better, and I agree. Developers will be able to add obscure mode to their apps with the help of new Apple tools, but Apple's preinstalled apps, such as Notes, News, TV, Music, Reminders, Mail, etc. ., already have it in beta.

In the beta version, you activate it by sliding your finger from the top right corner of a recent iPhone (or from the bottom on models without a face ID.) Then press the brightness bar of the screen and hold it down to change the appearance of light in the dark. If you go to Settings> Display and Brightness, you can also set the dark mode so that it turns on and off automatically at certain times, or at sunset and at sunrise.

I think the apps are nice and clean. Do not forget that it is a beta version for developers. Therefore, you can not try it without a developer account before launching the iOS 13 public preview next month or before the release of the final version this fall. All this is subject to change here too if Apple decides to make changes to iOS 13 before its public launch.
