More than 200 leads have been received in the search for a missing student from the University of Iowa, Mollie Tibbetts.
Officials published no specific details about new developments in the case at a news conference this afternoon but said the search for the 20-year-old is active.
"The law enforcement and hundreds of others have spent countless hours in the investigation," said Kevin Winker, the director of investigative operations for the Public Security Department of Iowa.
Winker said that "we have a good calendar we are working on" on the whereabouts of Tibbetts when she disappeared on July 18th after jogging in Brooklyn, Iowa.
